Fees are assessed for any item which could create an overdraft on your account(s). An overdraft Item Fee of $35 applies to each item creating an overdraft by check, in-person withdrawal or other electronic means. A return fee of $35 applies to each item presented against insufficient funds that we return unpaid regardless of the type of item.
